I joined the Smart Web Technology (SWTG) Group within Cisco in December 2012. We fall under the Services portfolio and provide online support to Cisco TAC Engineers, Customers and Partners.

Key responsibilities include and not limited to:-

1. Lead User Experience Designer
   • – On projects that have a wide reach and impact on customers, partners, and stakeholders
   • – Design rationale and specifics of user-centered design process
   • – Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements
   • – Create wireframes, comps and quick prototypes for user testing
2. Lead Visual Designer
   • – Lead and coordinate visual design and standard compliance.
   • – Brand standard advocate and representative within the group
